Welcome Baby Mackenzie and congratulations to mom and dad.  You did a great job!  I had the pleasure of coming into the home of this sweet couple last week.  They invited me to photograph their three day-old daughter.  This was actually more of a  "lifestyle" photography session.  By that, I mean we went to their home to document a real-life event in the comforts of their own environment primarily the living room and their bedroom. Mainly using natural light from their bedroom window and one umbrella light in the darker living room,  we shot for about 2 hours getting a lot of different perspectives throughout the shoot. No props were used which made the shoot simple, spontaneous and authentic.  We all had to laugh and take in a deep breath as she was wide awake for most of the session, but we did get a small window of time as she went into a deep little sleep.  To sum it up, it was a great experience for all of us.  I can't wait to do this again so bring me to your babies!
